East Midlands Commercial Cleaners

I can not recommend this company enough, very friendly and go above and beyond to help, they came out to clean the vents for me in a cafe that I have just taken over and I was struggling to get through the grease etc they made a passing comment that they do the cleaning of these establishments, I told them I wanted to be open by Tuesday so they juggled customers around and came back the following day which was a Sunday, the work carried out is second to none walked through the door the smell was amazing they had steam cleaned all thru I cant wait to open up the cafe now thank you so much Sarah & Dale you are definitely my no 1 cleaners super job and a super couple can't thank you enough

Avoid - they approached us via instagram and in an hour of need decided to go with them for cleaning. They're cowboys, took the money the job is botched. Can't get hold of them, have reported them, our insurance won't even accept their certificate. Save your money!

First appointment- the car broke down , 2nd didn’t show up or bother to contact me. After messaging them on social media and what’s app, the lovely lady explained to me what had happened and said she’d come Saturday morning and confirmed the night before but again didn’t show up. The lady called me up to apologise and promised she’d arrive on Weds to do the clean herself due to staffing issues .. again didn’t show up or bother to contact me which was extremely frustrating.. after 4 failed appointments, I give up . This company used to be very reliable and their service was great .. such a shame

I arranged for a cleaning service twice, and both times they failed to show up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but after the second no-show, they stopped responding to my messages altogether. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable service.

A fantastic family run business. Used for cleaning of our kitchen extraction and a deep clean of the kitchen. The service was impeccable and extremely friendly!! These guys leave no stone unturned and are happy to help in any way they can. Would highly recommend to family/friends and other business owners in the future.
