E L Contract Services Ltd

Had them round for a deep clean and honestly, money well spent. So thorough, got into all the bits I’d normally skip or forget about. House looked and felt properly clean after, not just surface-level. Punctual, professional, easy to sort out. Would 100% use them again and recommend to anyone after a proper deep clean.

We have been using EL Contract Services for a couple of years now. They always go that extra mile to make sure our Airbnb is ready for guests and kept clean and to a good standard. They communicate with us when there are issues. We get really good reviews on the cleaning from guests too.

I was disappointed with the Deep Clean on my property. There were a few areas where cleaning had not occurred, the windows were all smeared with residual cleaner marks, and the oven was left in an unfinished state with dry white powdery stains. FYI, The owner of this company has denied responsibilty for the dirty oven. On any future cleaning, I would insist on an inspection accompanied by the cleaner prior to paying the account.

E.L Services provide a 5* plus service for our Burton on Trent Showroom and Offices. Cleaning is top notch and the staff always professional and friendly. I would 100% recommend Emma and the E.L team.

Recently dealt with Max, very pleasant experience and very friendly and knowledgeable guy! 10/10 recommend!
