There door supervisors are not fully trained as they don't abide by the rules they do as they please accuse you of things that you haven't done grab you which isn't allowed unless they're restraining you swear at you and offer you outside to fight you absolutely diabolical firm yet weatherspoons use them what a joke

Came into Rose Crescent McDonald’s Cambridge the other night around 12:30am 30/03/24 to see and hear two young girls being intimidated, stared at, harassed, verbally assaulted and picked on by a female security woman who then went on to manhandle one of the girls out of the restaurant for no reason as the girl was chilled and friendly and the security woman then further assaulted the other girl outside. Think you need to do some checks on your security…very unprofessional and illegal and worrying for anyone entering a McDonald’s. I will not be entering another McDonald’s again I’m scared for my safety as well as the safety of the general public, I will be advising others to do the same. These two poor girls were just trying to order and eat food and were happy and amicable until this ‘security lady’ decided to pursue a vendetta of hatred against them ?! This could happen to anyone, from the way the security woman and her colleague were behaving I would be surprised if she is even a real security guard and not just a woman with an attitude problem trying to gain power by wearing a security outfit, there is no way any professional and legitimate security would behave in the way she did. I’ve since done research to identify the security company this dangerous woman works for and have found out it is Dove Security Limited.
