D&N Maintenance

Fantastic job from Dave and his team managing a full house refurb of our new home. All of the team were great, with our neighbours all commenting on how polite and respectful they all were. Dave and Aidan on site managed everything and did exactly what they said they would, as quoted and in the timescale they gave us at the start. Really excellent job, thank you all.

I’m absolutely over the moon with my new bathroom! The builders did a fantastic job creating a beautiful space, and their attention to detail was second to none. They didn’t just build – they gave me amazing design advice, pointed me in the right direction, and even recommended suppliers where I could get further guidance. Their support throughout the process made everything so easy and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and expert advice!

We have been using D&N Maintenance for all aspects of our business maintenance since July 2024 and couldn't recommend them highly enough. We have 14 commercial buildings that operate a 7 day per week operation and D&N have supported us during both emergencies and planned works. They are responsive, professional and reliable and it is a pleasure working with them.

David Jacobs the operations manager came out to do a quote over a month ago, they've sent no communication about it, they've not given the quote to the relevant people and my health is being affected. I've phoned several times for the receptionist to have no urgency, no confidence in when anybody will be available to speak to to find out what's going on. EDIT** I have since spoken to a 2nd incredibly unhelpful and quite frankly work shy lady who was just as unhelpful as the rest of the company have been. Do not use D&N maintenance if you want an easy professional job, nothing but excuses and unwillingness to do the job they chose to do. They E canceled the entire job all because they didn't like being held to account. Awful company full of excuses.
