Divert

I advise everyone to beware of this company due to a number of reasons, they blatantly lied regarding if we are not happy we can opt out as its a rolling contract, disgustingly lied about it being monthly or fortnightly payments and started taking money out of the account weekly, was told over the phone different things by different staff, prices quoted on the phone were not what was charged, also they do not collect on the days they are supposed to, when contacting them them and asking why the bins had not been collected yet we had still been charged, said there drivers could not get access to collect when after checking cctv, they had not even been. Honestly, stay away from this very very unprofessional company, I would advise to just get your a bin from the local council, works out cheaper aswell.

We recently transferred our waste service to Divert & and couldn't be happier! The service is great and all the staff are really friendly. I set the account up with Josh and he was very helpful and ensured we got our bins delivered quickly with prompt collections. The bin collections are always on time and they empty and leave the bins where they were found, not like the last company who left it in the bus stop. Thank you x

Great experience. 3rd time using Divert. General rubbish build up from 6 months of decorating. Booked with Ben, collection arranged by Alfie. Very efficient and good value. The guys that came to take the stuff were fantastic. Fast and no fuss. 10/10

We've just changed to Divert for our waste disposal. Rachel helped with the transition and could not have been more professional and helpful..listening to our needs. Once we were signed up and ready to switch over we were introduced to Alfie. Yes we had a couple of hiccups but I've always been a strong believer in 'mistakes can and do happen, its how they are resolved that counts'. Alfie worked with us and a solution was found quickly. We have moved to Divert and have been very impressed with the service we have received with timely collections. Ben in sales was very helpful with sorting the agreement and Rowen with setting up the collection dates and organising the bins been delivered in plenty of time with giving notice to the old supplier.
