Detek Fire & Security Services Ltd

paid for services over a month ago and they just blocked me, not answering my calls or emails over a month now. ridiculous company. if you want to hold onto your money dont go here.

Confirmed and booked a fire risk assesment with a two week wait time. The date came and went with no communication from Detek We emailed and called to confirm if still attending and was told will phone engineer then call us back. No call back / or any response to their failed visit even though they confirmed the date ... Unprofessional and complete time wasters.

Do not bother. This company took my money and have dissapeared entirely , not answering calls emails, offices closed over a month now. Shocking how they re getting away with taking money for the services and then just never actually providing them

Ordered Fobs for a building where they carry out the maintenance, paid for the fobs, 3 months later, no response to calls or emails.
