Removed personal belongings from residents room without informing anyone, charged £80 to replace a fire blanket which was in no way damaged. Multiple accounts of people having work done in their bathrooms and returning to the toilets having been used and not flushed by workers and personal items moved (first hand experience). Constant work in our flat for months at early hours without any warning or explaination. Tools left everywhere trip and fire hazards
