Dependable Limited

I work for a Managing Agent in Cheltenham and have been using Dependable for some years now. I find them very reasonably priced as we do regularly need to get 2 or 3 quotes for the same job, and they are quick to respond with a detailed description of what they found and how best to resolve it. Ben and Matt are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable in all aspects of property maintenance and I would recommend using them.

We've had the pleasure of working with Dependables for property maintenance services for over 10 years, and our experience has consistently been positive. Their team is responsive, reliable, and professional, which is exactly what we need to ensure our landlords and tenants receive the highest level of service. Whether it's routine maintenance or more urgent repairs, Dependables handles requests promptly and communicates clearly throughout the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality work has made them a valuable extension of our business.

I've had the pleasure to work with Ben and Matt from Dependable for a few months now. Ben is always on the ball to help with any work repairs, always smiling and will take time out of his busy schedule to have a chat and make sure everything is running smoothly. Matt is very thorough with the work he does. Whenever I am on site with him, he will explain everything in detail to ensure I am fully aware of what repair work is going on and how it's being dealt with. You can always rely on Dependable!

Highly recommended - called out dependable to an issue with a lock and they had a locksmith visit straight away and sent a report over to me with it fixed all within the hour, incredible service and excellent communication. A rare find in this industry so thanks Ben and team for your prompt action.

Ben and his team are one of the most professional outfits I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. They go above and beyond on every occasion whilst maintaining a friendly and top notch service at all times. I highly recommend them to anyone.
