Dazzlers Cleaning Services Limited

Absolutely SHOCKING! Prior to hiring Dazzlers, I had a cleaner for 9 years who would leave my house spotless in 1.5 hours. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances this particular cleaner was no longer able to continue to clean. Dazzlers came in and I can’t even describe what I came home to, dirt in my shower, carpets not hoovered, crumbs from breakfast still under the dining table (I have two small children). I wasn’t asking for the world, just a basic clean making sure the essentials were done. I got excuses around staff, flooding in barrow etc Dazzlers came back to do a FOC clean to rectify which I appreciated. Dazzlers are very expensive and for that you would expect a perfect job which I never got therefore I found an alternative cleaner, who now does my whole house perfectly for half the price. I politely cancelled with Dazzlers and asked for my final bill to which I got an awful email repose, claiming that my house was dirty and needed extra time! Dazzlers sent two people every time! My previous cleaner of 9 years and current cleaner are single cleaners and smash the job every time! My house certainly is not dirty and as I said above, I don’t expect perfection, just the basics. Customer service - absolute disgrace. Therefore I made the decision not to pay them, if they had of been polite at the point of my cancellation I certainly would have paid. I’ve now been threatened with the small claims court and have been forced to pay for absolutely terrible service! Don’t go near this company. No idea how they still have a business.

Dazzlers is an efficient, professional business and have always been able to accommodate my request for their services, even with the shortest of notice. The teams are super friendly, work really hard and the house looks beautiful when they’ve finished. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Quite disappointed with the lack of professionalism from Dazzlers! I rang them about regular cleaning in 2 properties to support my elderly parents, one in Melton Mowbray and one in Loughborough. They were prompt that they do not service the Melton area, which was great! They did however say they were happy to do my mum's house in Loughborough. The owner Jo arrived almost 10 mins late for the assessment. I even rang the office to check she was actually coming. She was positive about the whole thing and even mentioned a friend who lives down the road, which is why she was late. And a gardener who might be able to help my mum out! After a day, we just got an email from the administrator saying that they had no space to accommodate us into their schedule given where the house was. Jo was supposed to send me details of a gardener that might be able to help my mum and that wasn't sent. I don't often write negative reviews but I am annoyed because they could have done their homework and told me on the phone (given they already know their schedules and with google maps would have known where the house is. I had told them the size and frequency on the phone as well.). Rather than wasting mine and their time and raising our hopes, which felt quite disrespectful. I was hoping to have them clean our new house regularly when we move to Loughborough soon but I am not going to anymore. I don't like people who have no respect for my time and are not professional.

Stumbled across Dazzlers by an accident but so glad I did. Fabulous service, friendly staff, Gary who collects and delivered my ironing is always cheerful and chatty. Highly recommend
