Crystal Clear

Absolutely unbelievable that they remain in business. Completely unreliable and unresponsive. To make it clear to anyone considering this company just how unreliable they are, in the last 18 months they should have cleaned our windows 11 times (being on a 3 month schedule) and they’ve turned up 4 times. Each time you call to ask why they haven’t been you get the same excuse, except this time I called I got told they had dropped my area of Wymondham completely - No communication whatsoever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS “BUSINESS”

Had an appointment booked, confirmed beforehand only for no-one to turn up and no communication, waited an hour past the time while trying to ring, eventually received a reply with an excuse. Gave the benefit of the doubt and re booked only for the same thing to happen, did not show and no communication or apology. Very poor service I'm afraid.

Amazing service used these guys for over 10 years with this house and my previous house. I have bad mobility issues and they always help me, gutters and windows are always left sparkling!

Been doing window at my home birkbeckway for years, very kind and friendly definitely advise people to use this service. Windows always left sparkling

STEER CLEAR! Terrible service, they never turn up and when they eventually respond to messages there is always an excuse. Then they don’t turn up again and again. I wouldn’t waste your time or energy with these cowboys.
