CROSS Specialist Cleaning

Unprofessional, aggressive, lazy, damaged our property. Cannot in all good conscience recommend. After initially booking in work with this company we were first let down on the day of commencement to be told that they had double booked and would arrive two weeks later. Second attempt. Two guys arrived, the proprietor and mate and set up to start work. An hour or so into the work the proprietor stops work and advises that he used Google maps to assess and quote our property and Google maps was wrong and did not show the property as is and therefore he had not charged us enough for the work. He required further funds and if we could not reciprocate he would have to leave the work unfinished to start another job. We of course flatly refused based on the written contract and explained we should not pay more than the contract stated simply because they chose to virtually rather than physically survey our property. The proprietor refused to see any error in his lack of survey and instead aggressively pushed for more money. We decided on completion to pay over the contracted amount as an act of compassion. We later found they had also damaged our guttering and of course they did not accept it as a fault of their own. The roof doesn’t look bad but the hassle of dealing with such an odious character and damage to our home has not been worth the trouble. DO NOT USE.

We had Darren and his team come in and deep clean our church hall bathrooms and kitchen floors - and boy did they need it. They were incredibly professional and worked quickly as a team. The tools and products they use are exceptional, and we would definitely use them again. Thank you, Darren and team for your attention to detail and for helping us with our project.

I can’t recommend Darren highly enough for his services. We had our sofas, leather chairs and carpets cleaned by Darren and John. They did an incredible jog of getting out some very stubborn stains! Will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much

Darren and Jon spent a day in our Community Hall at St Luke's Church in Queen's Park, Brighton and after stripping, cleaning and refurbishing the tiled floor, with impressive attention to detail, they have left us with an amazing WOW factor. The difference they've made is stunning and they're great chaps too. I thoroughly recommend CROSS Specialist Cleaning. Thank you Darren.

I contacted Cross Specialist Cleaning to steam wash my roof and clear all the moss. I’m delighted with the results and the friendly and professional service. Darren and John were superb to work with and it’s really clear they care enormously and take huge pride in what they do. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was cleared safely, they explained the process in reassuring detail and did a superb job! Highly recommend!!
