Craigmore

Absolutely fantastic service from Craigmore (Portadown) I left an SC3 Steam Mop in for a repair. I was initially told it'd be probably well over a week before it would be done as it's coming up to holiday time. About 5 hours later, I decided to buy another whilst it was in, as I couldn't do that time without one. Went in to make a purchase and there was Simon at the counter with my steam mop......repaired. He had a quick look at it when it arrived and sorted it out immediately as the parts were on hand. Legend Thanks Kärcher for your great service.

I attended this business today with a Karcher 4 which was not powering up absolutely nothing. I was seen by a gentleman who when I suggested that I thought there was an Air Lock that that was impossible and I would need to leave it with them and there would be an inspection cost of£50 plus vat. I decided that was too steep and left. On return home I Goggled my fault and found a recommendation to disconnect the Lance make sure power was off connect water and allow to run for 10 minutes, after which connect lance and connect power switch on. Guess what it’s working perfectly. I contacted the company and received a call back from the man I spoke to earlier in store. please note gentle is missing, because when I explained everything to him his reaction was “Your Sum Pup” well yes I guess I am I saved myself £50 plus whatever they were going to say was wrong with my now perfectly working power washer. Please be aware

Tremendous customer service by a great bunch of gentlemen. Bought a SIP heater and generator, had some small issues and they couldn't do enough for me. Now my whole client base know about Craigmore. Thanks guys.

Ordered 11 days advertised as in stock 5 day delivery now claimed they dont have it available and still waiting. Falsely advertised

Good quality products. Very helpful, there was an item not in stock and they came straight back to me with links to similar products they had in stock. No extra charges or delays.
