Cotswold Magic Carpets & Cleaning Company

We were lucky to find this great family run carpet cleaning business. They did a very good job to fit in with our schedule. Keep it local is the way to go.

I contacted Cotswold Magic Carpets for support with a coffee stain on a new wool carpet. They were easy to get hold of, and I was able to book in quickly. Chris arrived on time, and was nothing but professional and kind. He gave a clear assessment of the stain and what was required to ensure that it was like it was never there! I genuinely can’t recommend Chris highly enough. Professional, clear, responsive, an excellent communicator and clearly very good at what he does.

Chris to the rescue yet again! A household with 3 cats, 2 dogs and a 5 year old..... accidents are a fairly regular occurrence! I had run out of the 'magic' pet treatment spray when a nightmare cat accident occurred on cream carpets! SOS contacted Chris, who met me on the side of the road that very day where the exchange of spray took place......... both large areas requiring treatment were a thing of the past by late that afternoon! I have used Chris' services for many years now, both in my own home and that of my clients homes. I have continuingly been 100% satisfied with both his customer service and his work. Fabulous company, thanks once again! 5 stars as always! :)

Happy with Chris’ services. He’s done a great job to few of our properties. Totally recommend ✔️

I can't recommend Cotswold Magic Carpets highly enough. Chris came to clean my carpets for an end of tenancy, and being honest they weren't in the best condition, but looked almost good as new at by the end, I was delighted by the result! Fantastic, professional and friendly service, thank you so much.
