Conwy Property Management Motor Home Hire. Just arrived home from a fantastic week in Richie and Ellen's Motor Home. I can't express enough how much we enjoyed every minute. The Motor Home was perfect. Extremely clean, lots of space and great to drive. I was surprised at how quickly it felt like home. Both Richie and Ellen are very professional, it all ran smoothly from start to finish and considering we were Motor home novices there were not any problems. We have definitely got the Camping bug now and will be hiring out the Motor Home again.

Motor home hire I recently used the motor home belonging to Conwy Property Management. Upon arrival it was spotlessly clean, there was a fully stocked supply of food which was unexpected. The kitchen facilities were basically the same as my own house, fridge freezer, gas cooker and oven and a good microwave that was like new. Toilet and show facilities were very good. The beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. The short time that we had the vehicle we never got round to using all the facilities available but I would thoroughly recommend the motor home hire from Conwy Property Management. I will definitely be keeping in touch with Ellen and Richie who despite being very busy made the time to make us feel welcome. A very professional operation.

We were checking out of our hotel in Llandudno before 11am, then spending our last few in Llandudno before catching our train back home at 3.30pm. We certainly didn't want to be dragging our cases around with us for hours. We checked at the station...no luggage storage, so just looked it up on Google and Conwy Property Management came up as a potential solution. We arrived, both men there were very friendly; they explained that that day they were only open until 3pm, which suited us. They took our cases, gave us a ticket and we felt unshackled to be able to get the most from our last few hours. It was for us so worth the cost of £5 each. Made all the difference and I would recommend them. Thank you.

I booked a house for 4 generations of my family for an Easter break - booked it September 2021 for an April 2022 holiday. I sent several messages to Ellen, the booking host, but had no reply. As the next payment was due I was not feeling confident with my booking so I rang the number on the booking. Elllen answered. I asked some questions about the property and Ellen said she would call me back. 5/10 minutes later she rang back and I asked my questions, she answered "NO" to everything such as no BBQ, but I could see different answers on AirBnB about the property so I was very confused. I asked about the bedrooms and was given a total of 7 bedrooms for a 6 bedroom property so I questioned this and then a man in the background began shouting out different ideas too. Then the phone went dead and the line was constantly "user busy" from my phone, however when I rang from my mum's phone it rang out so clearly I'd been blocked form calling. Unbelievably shocking service which has since led to me cancelling my entire holiday. Would not recommend. Rude and unprofessional, I wonder if the owners of the properties she represents know this?

Left my bags here for a few hours and the end of my trip in Llandudno. It was cash only, but it was quick and easy and the man serving was very nice. It's just a few minutes walk from the promenade and close to the cafes and shops so it was super handy.
