Control IT Solutions have been looking after our IT since early 2022, from day one we have found the service provided by Steve and his team excellent, we have presented them with some quite difficult challenges to solve over the last three years, but they always find a solution and keep our system us up and running. A well deserved 5*!

Control IT Solutions were recommended to me by another business user when my IT equipment was giving me problems. They quickly rectified my IT issues. They now maintain my computers, keeping them updated and virus free, even supplied a new computer when a replacement was due. Any issue is delt with quickly and hassle free by either remote PC access or a site visit. All at a very reasonable and affordable prices with excellent friendly and professional service.

I've had a fantastic experience with IT Control Solution—always reliable, professional, and quick to respond. Their team is knowledgeable and friendly, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond to support our IT needs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for dependable and efficient IT services. Thank you for the great service!

We've been with Control IT for a while now, so this review is well overdue! Right from the start, the transition was smooth, and we never had any problems. One of the things we really appreciate is the weekly reminders to restart our PCs and install updates, something the team used to put off, which caused all sorts of avoidable IT headaches! Recently, we had a phishing email come through in an attempted cyberattack. We called the Control IT team straight away, and within just 20 minutes, they had everything sorted, resetting passwords and making sure our systems were secure. Our customer data is incredibly important to us and we know it's in safe hands. They’ve been great to work with, and we’d definitely recommend them!
