Working on a house on my road they put up scaffolding which completely blocked any disabled access to my house for a year, making life very difficult! They also block the back lane which makes it very difficult to access my house. The builders are also messy and rude. They swear loudly while working and we're very aggressive when asked to tidy their rubbish or move their van.

One of your employees intimidated my wife and children in there van by repeatedly beeping at them whilst trying to pull out on the busy a4 in Brislington yesterday morning. Very classy. Unfortunately my wife and 3 year old girl were so upset they didn't have time to clock the registration number. Looking at your reviews it doesn't seem that this is an isolated incident. Maybe you should spend some time reviewing who you employ to drive your vehicles because it isn't a very good look for your company. I wouldn't want this person scaffolding anything that I had to work on.

I got catcalled and harassed by men in a Consort Services vehicle today while I was walking alone. I would advise any women not to engage with this business; based on other reviews it seems that intimidating behaviour is not a one-off. Definitely wouldn't feel comfortable/safe having these people do any work for me or anyone that I know.

One of your vans pulled out on myself and husband on the motor way almost hitting us in the middle lane and the van in the left lane that he was trying to overtake. If it wasn't for my husbands fast reaction slamming on the breaks he certainly would have hit us. And quickly sped off when he noticed me get my phone out. At 16.50 Monday 24th July heading south from Bristol on the M5.

Walking my kids to school and happened to cross paths with employees from this company. I know people swear...it's part of modern vocabulary, but going out of your way to be obscene as possible, when there are kids aged 5 and 6 around is just disgusting. Seriously, I've seen prisoners on day release with more manners and class than this lot. Knuckle draggers.
