Never had a problem with Comserve or any of their work. Me amd my family have used this company to install and service our boilers for the past 8 years. Efficient service. I used them to install my boiler 7 years ago and at the time they were very helpful. Recently I called regarding a gas leak in the boiler and I heard nothing back even though I was told a person would call back. After a week of waiting I called back and repeated my ask only to be told there was nothing they could do and I needed to call the boiler manufacturer. This has meant another week without hot water.

Their building work can be shoddy at times . Be careful as the current director did take a previous company into liquidation. No doubt sub contractors, employees and suppliers were not paid. Check out the government company house website. I wont be paying a deposit for works or giving them any credit! I don't take advice from directors with a record of running a insolvency. You were the sole director of a company that the courts forced to go into compulsory liquidation. Fact! I am not hiding, in fact a 3rd party emailed me last week on your behalf asking for a loan. You are also high risk due to you past history. I would be surprised it an investor would even get his initial money back never mind the interest. For someone like you with a proven poor track record of bumping a company your are best going for bridging finance but this would cost you around 22% pa. I now have a question for you. 1. If you and your colleagues are so knowledgeable, great, the best in the area and have completed 50 projects in last 4 weeks ect ect, why do you not have you own funds? or borrow for a high street bank at a rate of between 2-5% ?
