The Worst Block Managers I have dealt with - 0 Stars is a true reflection Complete are only about their fees, Darren employs family or relations who are rude and have to be right (even when they are not). I have emailed challenging costs and have been met with short replies which do not answer the question coherently. Complete are not on the Leaseholders side as a Block Manager, they have increased our service charge year on year (as well as increasing their own Management Fees) and they will apply charges to your account at every opportunity. Queries takes years to acknowledge. If you are a Landlord or Occupier and you are sick of being milked by Complete Property Management I suggest you look into taking the management of your block back by using Right to Manage.

We switched over to Complete from our previous building facilities management company over a year ago and they have honestly been a breath of fresh air and very proactive on issues (they have shown how poor our previous company really was!). Darren and his team engage with the directors / property owners / residents regularly and are always on hand, plus take the time to understand what the multiple owners / residents of the building want achieving. Complete have more than achieved on what was expected from the start of the contract, our buildings have honestly never looked so good or been well looked after. I would personally not hesitate in recommending Complete, there is a number of bad facilities companies out there and Complete is definitely not one of them!

I lived in an apartment which Complete Property Management Solutions Ltd managed for over 6 years. All the staff were helpful and professional from the maintenance guys to office team. Darren would always reply to emails outside working hours in a polite and friendly manner and the whole team would quickly address any queries / repairs raised.
