Columbus, who our factors used for property maintenance, were meant to address damage in my property after the flat above me flooded in May 2024, but they ignored all of my emails and phone calls after the initial damage assessment was done. In the end I gave up.

Repeatedly left rubbish in our flat block, set off fire alarms multiple times and are impossible to contact. Avoid for the sake of your neighbours!

Tradesmen were great but that's where it ends. First you need to deal with the administration which is a total shambles, unprofessional and lacking in courtesy. Job was cancelled at short notice on 4 separate occasions. Took just short of a month to get a receipt for the job, despite repeated requests.
