Cobra Security NI

Rang cobra security thinking it will be a helpful and easy phone call. Yet I was wrong. I am locked in a park in Lisburn, called Duncan’s Dam and rang all round to find who controls these padlocks. I did not see the closing times of the park due to overgrown leaves and it being in a weird spot. Don’t even bother. The guy that answered the phone was named William. He was so impolite i thought I was genuinely dreaming. He ended up hanging up on me and giving me no context whatsoever. We did get a call back from a separate person that was so polite and was helpful enough to offer his time to come down. We ended up posting our problem to the Lisburn notice board and a lovely man came and sorted it instead of cobra security.

Rang cobra security due to being unaware of the closing times of duncan’s dam which resulted in me and my boyfriend getting locked in, he rang to address the issue and the man speaking named william was incredibly rude and overall disrespectful and hung up on us twice during a mature conversation which he is apparently incapable of having unimpressed would be and understatement. i have the phone calls recorded also

Employee taking care of closing Wallace Park was unreasonably rude and impolite over a misunderstanding of opening times. Very poor reflection on the company.

Please never use their security services they will not help you one bit they are reckless and leave doors open resulting in countless stolen items such as my personal items I am guessing the 5 star reviews are payed or do not have any items left

professional service, attention to detail well turned out and as vans are always sparkling keep it up
