Clem Woodward

The experience I've received at Clem Woodward has been impeccable! From the first enquiry with Aidan about a rental property, he has been so on it with communication and service. This has allowed us to have a really speedy and efficient tenant application process. Then once the tenancy was secure, Ellie took us on and was just as helpful and communicative! Overall, it's easily been one of the best tenant application processes i've been through and I am thoroughly impressed! Thank you both for all of your hard work on this!

I cannot recommend Clem Woodward highly enough. From start to finish, the team provided a level of service that is rare to find in the industry. They are the epitome of professionalism, and their communication throughout the entire process was faultless. Because I wasn't able to visit the property in person, I relied heavily on their video tour. It was exceptionally detailed and high-quality, giving me the confidence and clarity I needed to move forward without a physical viewing. I particularly want to highlight Gilles, whose professionalism is truly outstanding. His customer service is amazing, he is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and quite simply a thoroughly nice guy. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, the property ended up falling through. At a time that was quite difficult, Gilles was incredibly empathetic and supportive. It was clear then that this isn't just an estate agent looking for a quick result, they offer a genuine, kind, and supportive service that puts the person behind the transaction first. The whole team is amazing, and if you are looking for an agency in Exeter that combines efficiency with real heart, look no further than Clem Woodward.

Moving from Northwest to Southwest of England and I consider myself lucky to have this amazing team help me secure an amazing property here in Taunton. From start till I moved in each step was seamlessly dealt by every member of the team and made sure my queries were addressed timely. The professionalism at Clem Woodward’s is top tier. I wish them success for the future and hope they have offices in every part of the country honestly. (Sorry I could only give 5 🌟 😬)

We’ve had a fantastic experience with the Lettings team at Clem Woodward. Their communication was excellent, and we really appreciated how responsive and friendly everyone was throughout our tenancy. The Maintenance team were also very helpful in promptly sorting out issues. Overall, we would happily recommend Clem Woodward.

They are the nicest, friendliest letting agents we have ever dealt with, and clearly stand out from the rest. They have been super helpful, quick to reply to queries, they don't discriminate, and we found them to be very understanding. We wouldn't hesitate renting through them in the future and highly recommend them. Thanks
