I have always had good experiences with this company, but recently I sent them a message to say we do not require there services anymore due to me potentially moving house soon, the company replied and explained how much I owed I sent the money and have proof of this I also messaged the company to state I had done this. A month later they have cleaned my windows again and sent a receipt through the door saying I owe the same amount as before with an extra clean on even though I paid everything and cancelled there services. I have tried to message and ring the number provided on the receipts and cannot get through to the company.
