Cleaning Solution Bristol Ltd

I've been using Cleaning Solutions Bristol for regular domestic cleaning, and the service has been excellent. The online booking system is easy to use, communication is always prompt, and the team are friendly, reliable, and professional. My home is left spotless after every visit, with great attention to detail and a consistently high standard of cleaning. It's reassuring to have a company I can rely on, and the cleaners always take pride in their work. I would highly recommend Cleaning Solutions Bristol to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high quality domestic cleaning service

So disappointed with this company. I paid for a 4 hour clean of my flat (and it's expensive) - and the cleaner only did two hours. She told me I could tell the company and get the other 2 hours back for my next clean- which I did ask for. And now they say there is no evidence they only did 2 hours. The communication has been really poor - I have had to ask multiple times. And they are only offering a 10 percent discount out of 'good will'. What good will? It's my money!!!!! It's a 2 bed flat - obviously these cleaners didn't need 4 hours. Just ask the friggin cleaner!!!!! So disappointed. I never write bad reviews. I do not reccomend.

I recently used Cleaning Solution Bristol Ltd and was very impressed with the service. The team was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. They paid great attention to detail, left everything spotless, and were friendly and respectful throughout. Communication was easy, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would happily recommend Cleaning Solution Bristol Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable and high quality cleaning service.

We have been using Cleaning Solution Bristol for my company, Brunel Stays, Short Term/Air BnB Accommodations for nearly 6 months now. We have been nothing but impressed with the attention to detail, the ability to turnaround our properties in the time specified and the standard that the team clean. All communication is easy, we get before and after photos/videos of every clean & all the staff are nothing but friendly, attentive and just a delight to work with. We could not be happier with the service we have personally received and would highly recommend. Thank you team, for all you do for us! Chloe Brunel Stays

Terrible communication. We booked this clean and messaged about use of our hoover as we have wool carpets. The cleaners never replied to confirm they had received our messages and didnt answer the phone. We received multiple confirmation texts for the clean and then cleaner never turned up. When we tried to call there was no answer and then eventually the phone did start ringing and they just hung up. We had to chase for a refund too... I would avoid these cleaners.
