Cleaning Recrute

The man named ‘James’ who cleaned a 3 bedroom property for me, was clearly not a trained professional cleaner of high standard. He was a friendly man with little English . I asked for a deep clean of kitchen, bathroom and general floor/windows cleaned too. It was an average wipe down of these areas at best. When I put my finger on the windows or surfaces there was still be dirt/dust after he had left. I also asked the kitchen cupboards to be cleaned and was left with … see image attached. The sofa wasn’t moved during a vacuum, meaning under the sofa was all crumbs and rubbish. Unfortunately I won’t be using this company again. They offered to come back and clean again, but I am not available for this and don’t have time to chaperone. Not sure what qualifications the cleaners Al&Dan LTD have when they employ them. The WhatsApp booker also required multiple screenshots of monies being sent from me to their bank account, to prove I had sent it, so clearly the account holder is not the individual you’re dealing with, as they would have seen the money arrive. Do they not have an accounting team? Strange. He also borrowed a mop from someone else’s house ! On the street !

Thank you so much for helping us after our wedding 😊 The team did a fantastic job and gave us such peace of mind after a really busy day. They were thorough, efficient and left everything looking really clean and tidy, exactly what we needed before handing the village hall back to the community. They cleared rubbish and bottles, helped sort the kitchen and left the space in a really great condition. Communication throughout was also lovely and really helpful in the lead-up to the wedding. We really appreciated all your help and would definitely recommend your services for weddings and events ✨

Very happy with the cleaning! Everything was spotless, they worked carefully and arrived on time. I Would definitely recommend and book again.

Quick, clear and polite communication throughout from Dan and Raphael. Price quoted very reasonable and was tailored to the specifics I requested for our end-of-tenancy deep clean. The house looks great thanks to the two cleaners who completed the job. Thanks, team Cleaning Recruit!
