Clarity Reach & Wash Window Cleaning

Been using this company for about 6 months now. Was ok initially apart from them not cleaning the window on the side on the house above the garage which I did complain about but it was still hit and miss. However, when I got home after the last clean about 10 days ago I discovered black streaky marks staining the pvc on all of the frames. The widows are less than 12 months old. I called Warren and basically he told me that not only was it impossible for the cleaning to have caused this, that I was stupid. We won't be using them again. Stay away.

I chose this business because I wanted to support local tradesmen and the bloke sounded like a good chap over the phone. Unfortunately, I am now £40 out of pocket and am left with windows with water marks after TWO successive cleans. To be fair, when I reached out to David, the owner of this business, to express my dissatisfaction about the quality of the job, he did send someone over to do a repeat clean the very next day. Sadly, they stubbornly stood by their illogical practice of spraying the windows with 'purified water' and leaving without dry-wiping it. It inevitably leaves the windows with unsightly water marks and does not take away the more adherent dirt. I think I will follow David's advice next time and go for a more traditional window cleaner. 1 star for effort and I wish him well with his business.

Shocking esperance, while I was at work the window cleaner showed up a day early unexpected and persistent on cleaning the windows after asked by my partner to come back tomorrow. Not only did the cleaner not listen to my partner he also spent eight minutes splashing some "purified water" on five windows and two doors that did absolutely nothing but leave the windows with streaks of "purified water". Not only that but I'm expected to pay twenty pound for a service that has not been fulfilled. We wanted a window cleaner and are happy to pay for one that actually cleans the windows, I'm not one to leave reviews never done this before actually, But after reading some of the reviews I felt the need to do so. Not impressed, Service not wanted again, Cheers,

I was a bit downhearted when I read some of the reviews after arranging for my windows to be cleaned but do you know what, I didn’t need to worry. Professional, prompt, friendly and good value. Don’t read the negative reviews, give these guys a try and make your own mind up and I’m positive you’ll be thrilled with the work. I’ve already recommended them to my daughter and she’s had hers done today, as thrilled as me.

Haven't had my windows cleaned in ages and they did a good job. Charged me £25 for 2 floors of a small house, including the conservatory. I think that's good value for getting 2 people out on a sunny Sunday morning. Thank you.
