City Security Services

Just to state that I have not worked for them but I knew someone who did work for them awhile back and was happy there. I Emailed them twice in regards to work and had no response as they had stated on a post they put people through their SIA if they do not have it. Mine has fully expired after I took a break from the industry after doing near 13yrs in the industry inc, management and close protection overseas. So I called them and spoke to someone in control who well didn't know much about her own company, couldn't answer any of my questions, couldn't direct me to a careers team or HR, told me there was no management I could speak to, then she asked me about the SIA and the durations and coverage etc.... and then finished the call by saying sorry I have to go as my manager is calling!! so there is a manager! All I wanted to do was speak to someone about Careers and it seemed so difficult and still I haven't spoken to anyone as I've Emailed the address given and I have also called the Number provided. So I thought because of all of the messing around and unhelpfulness I would leave a review based on my experience on dealing with them.

I have emailed you several times for my issue and you are not responding that’s really unfair you are not replying to emails
