Checks Direct

Poor customer service - they do not pick up the phone. It is a real shame when a company puts their number on the website and invites us to call them and then does not pick up the phone or return the call. On top of this, I even got into an email conversation with a woman and asked her to call me and she didn’t- she carry on emailing . What happened to customer service?

The WORST service ever. For starter, their confusing site interface made me make another profile apart from what the requesting company made, second FOR TWO WEEKS noone was doing anything untill I called there and they found out, third, almost after a month they decided to ask for repeated payment O_o. Clowns

It's hard to get excited about DBS checks but we felt obliged to leave a review as Checks Direct's customer service, and pricing for that matter is just brilliant. They are so easy to work with, the system is great and nothing is ever too much hassle when you need to contact them. Our account manager is Claire and she is a superstar. I can't see us ever using anyone else!

Extremely quick service and great staff

They offer a wide range of services
