Total joke surveyor can't be bothered to turn up to a pre booked appointment, waited in five hours giving extra two to give the benefit of the doubt. I did not expect this level of incompetence in this day and age, no email, letter or call to cancel appointment total amateurs. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
