Ceaton Security Services

Extremely rude and inconsiderate team leader who displays a complete lack of professionalism. Ceaton were brilliant. Couldn't fault the service. David Wright, Deputy Manager Fire Doors Division and all of his colleagues were great. I needed work done to my flat's front door in Cardiff as it had failed a fire safety inspection. I spoke to a number of different departments at Ceaton either by phone or email and all were professional and very helpful. I received prompt replies to every query. The report I received from the company after completing the work was excellent it had before and after photos and listed in detail the work they had done on site. Work was great quality and the engineer Daniel Evans was lovely and tidied up after his visit. I then received an email from David who after reviewing the report confirmed that my door is now compliant. I was then able to continue with the sale of the property as this was one of the buyer's stipulations. Highly recommend the firm!

We were not happy at all with the finished job but ceatons decided it was fine,we witheld the balance of payments until the job was properly completed, but ceatons just handed it over to a debt collecting agency, which meant we reluctantly had to pay up, incidentally the agency seem as bad as ceatons,we tried two cards to pay, both declined and then they cut us off, then the girl told us she was entering them wrongly, shambles from start to finish, now we have to pay someone to sort the door out. Update, I did hope to forget these cowboys, but the building has had an upgrade on the lighting system so every time I go to the toilet during the night the sensors on the other side of the "fire door" turn on the landing light, shows what a good fit it is

Excellent service from start to finish. Ceaton installed two new security entrance barriers and removed the old ones. The two engineers we polite, efficient and went above and beyond sorting out problems along the way. Would definately recommend and use again
