Carpet & Sofa Cleaning Salisbury

Very disappointing experience. Hired to clean two rugs: the first one came out fine, but the second was still clearly dirty and the gentleman just advised to wait until it’s dry to judge. I lifted the rug and could clearly see dirt stuck between the knit fibres. He tried to suggest that because it’s high traffic/my dog would sleep on it that I should lower my expectation of the results. He offered to do it again but I pointed out that he’d need something to get into the grooves rather than just his wet vac which doesn’t penetrate the rug enough. He advised that it’s his only machine and that it normally does the job ‘good enough’. He then told me I should probably hire a specialty rug cleaner, which I replied - I thought I had! Fair enough if the rug type is not compatible with the machine, but please don’t do a job badly, without any communication that the machine may not yield the best outcome, and then also try to charge me over the quoted price!

I hired Ben from Carpet & Sofa Cleaning Salisbury come and clean the carpets in our house we just moved into and he done an awesome job. Apparently the people before us had the carpets cleaned professionally but Ben removed some stains that they couldn’t remove. He was on time and very nice fella to talk to. We would use him again and would recommend him to any of our friends and family.

I've had my area rug cleaned by this business twice now and both times the work has been phenomenal. The employees are courteous and accommodating. The prices are reasonable. I will definitely be using them for all my rug needs in the future!

So far, I've had a fantastic experience having them clean my upholstery. The work was done on time, at a satisfactory standard, and much cheaper than expected, therefore I have no complaints to lodge. They were so determined to stay until the job was finished that they had finished up before I returned home.

Thank you extremely lot to whoever cleaned my carpets. The removal of pet stains has had a significant impact on their appearance. I will gladly recommend your company to anyone I know who requires your services.
