From responding to the very first message to the job being completed it was only a few days. I was so impressed with Matt's efficiency and professionalism. He really did do a fantastic job of our carpets and nothing was too much trouble for him. We are delighted with the results and would absolutely highly recommend him and will always turn to him for future carpet cleaning!

Matt was super professional and did a great job in cleaning our carpeted floors. He was quick in responding, came to view and quote on the same day that I got in touch with him and was available to do the job the next week. He always gave 20-30 mins heads up before coming. Matt did the job in around 2 hours and the carpets are now clean as never. Too bad we didn't take any before pictures, but trust me, you would clearly see the difference. Even though we cleared the room from all smaller items, Matt moved the bigger ones (sofas, armchairs, table) as he cleaned, so we didn't need to carry heavy loads. After he finished the job he even left us a bottle of spots and stains spray cleaner to continuously take care of our carpets. All in all, super happy with the service, price, communication and everything else. Would definitely recommend hiring Matt :)

Matt did an excellent job of cleaning a second hand suite I had purchased. One of the chairs had a lot of wear and tear and he spent a lot of time on it. He has done a great job. The suite has come up really well. Very happy. Matt very polite. Left everything tidy. Will definitely be using him again.

We had our lounge-diner carpet and two sofas cleaned by Matt after we had some building work done. Excellent communication from arranging a visit to discuss our needs, to the day of the cleaning. He did a very thorough job leaving it all looking like new, something we were not confident about with the lower quote we got from another company. On top of this he lent us his powerful drying fans to help us after we had a disastrous radiator leak two days before his visit. He cares about his customers as well as the cleaning!
