Carmen's Cleaning & Maintenance Services Ltd

On somewhat short notice, I was able to hire Carmen's Cleaning for an end of tenancy cleaning. We were in frequent communication and payment was smooth. The flat was left in excellent condition and received my entire deposit back! I would definitely recommend and will certainly call upon them in the future.

Had Carmens Cleaning & Maintenance Services (CCMS) for my end of tenancy cleaning as recommended by my letting agency. I lived in a shared house for 3 years, so a lot of deep cleaning was to be performed. We initially received a free quote, and once the quote was finalised the cost never changed during the cleaning. We debated going with a different company at first due to a cheaper quote, but after going with CCMS, we realised the standard of service was far beyond our expectation, and that they stuck to their word that there would be no issues at check out. Communication was efficient and effective. Our check out inspection was smooth from the letting agency, and all of the initial damage deposit was returned to all tenants. Couldn’t recommend the team enough, thank you again CCMS.

I have used Carmen's Cleaners for a number of years on my student HMO property and have always been very happy with the results, returning the property like new and ready for the next set of tenants! I wouldn't want to use anybody else.
