Cardiff Misted Windows

I’ve basically got a new house. Turns out, it was the windows that were making it look tired all along. 😂 We had a load of old blown panes and some very tired, failing stained glass replaced with modern clear and obscured glass, while keeping the existing frames. The difference is honestly ridiculous — the house looks brighter, cleaner and about 20 years younger. The fitters were brilliant: quick, friendly, incredibly tidy and clearly very good at what they do. They worked their way through what was quite a big job without leaving the place looking like a building site, which deserves a special mention because apparently some tradespeople believe “cleaning up” means putting their rubbish in a different corner. 😂 The only thing that could have been better was the communication around organising the job — there was a bit of chasing and uncertainty beforehand. But once the team actually arrived, they were fantastic and the end result more than made up for it. And the best bit? We’ve achieved a huge transformation without replacing perfectly good frames and sending them off to landfill just because the glass had failed. Much less waste, a fraction of the cost of replacing everything, and a house that looks completely different. The new glass is absolutely stunning. Would 100% recommend.

Measured quickly on the first visit. Kept me informed of fitting date. Both window sealed units fitted quickly and efficiently and surfaces cleaned before leaving. Both fitters courteous, quick and pleasant. This is a great service for sorting out misted panes. I was worried that the whole bifold doors would have to be replaced but not the case. The work was so tidy, you wouldn't know they had been here, other than the fact I have nice clean glass. Highly recommended.

I can see clearly now! I have just had two very misted windows changed in my conservatory and cannot fault this company or the workman. The job was arranged this morning and was carried out this afternoon and completed in less than half an hour without any inconvenience to me at all.

I had my misty window glass replaced by Ashley’s company in September 2024, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional, efficient. The installation was smooth, quick and the difference is amazing — my windows look as good as new in nowadays. Excellent communication throughout the process, and everything was completed to a high standard. Price was competitive. And the only company who offered 10 years warranty. which really stood out compared to other companies offering only 5–6 years. That gave me extra confidence in the quality of their work. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to others!
