Fantastic service from these guys. I have used them twice. First time to replace the radio/CD player on my old Mercedes CLK with a Pioneer Android Auto unit, and the second time to upgrade the front speakers. The result is that my 18 year old car feels like new. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I can't recommend them enough!

I want to personally thank the guys at Car Radio Services. Needed Cruise Control fitted to my fathers car. Dropping off the car, was told all I needed to know, went for a walk and coffee. I had my dashcam fixed at Car Radio Service Perth. The technical repair was done well, and I appreciated that. However, when I politely asked for a quick demo of how to access the video, I was met with a sarcastic and rude tone, implying I’d need to pay extra just to be shown. When I laughed, the staff again made an inappropriate comment. I believe customer service can be handled more respectfully. I hope they consider improving their communication, as not everyone is tech-savvy. Thanks for the fix, but the interaction left a bad impression
