Extremely unprofessional service. I contacted BW Cleaning on behalf of my mother for regular weekly cleaning at her family home. We confirmed the details, agreed on a time and rate, and provided the full address in advance. They acknowledged everything and even confirmed the appointment. On the day of the scheduled clean, they didn’t show up at the agreed time, ignored multiple calls and messages, and gave no explanation or update. If they didn’t want the job, they could’ve simply communicated that instead of wasting our time. Completely unreliable and disappointing. Would not recommend.
