Busy Bee Clean 4 You Services Ltd

Thank you very much for your excellent service. Everything has been cleaned beautifully and I’m very happy with the results. I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

We needed an end of tenancy deep clean of a 3 bedroom student property. I moved out of the property a week before the clean was due, however judging by the photos sent it was cleaned perfectly and the service completed to a very high standard. The issue came when it came to payment. The property was cleaned at an earlier date to which we agreed (I did not know this until cleaning had begun, however no issue here). Almost instantly after the photos were sent post-clean, I sent the payment to the company. I followed this up with proof of payment, as I do with all payments to contractors, and the money had left my account. This was then followed by almost an hour of constant messages saying the money had not arrived in the desired account. I politely explained that I was not in the country, that I had sent proof of payment, all the details aligned and it may take a couple of hours to show in the recipients account. There was nothing more I could do. This was not taken on board and the messages kept coming. After almost an hour, I finally received the confirmation that the money was received by the recipient. Despite this the clean was completely to an incredibly high standard.

I m happy to shear my opinion with you. I’m very glad that I met so good and trustful cleaners as the Busy Bee Cleaning Company is. Thank you for the job you did provide to me. Hope to see you soon :)

I have this team to do a deep clean in our offices and work was spot on, really great customer skills and undemanding what needs to be done, will use this company again as I’m so happy with the service I received.

I was delighted with the deep clean this morning. Excellent and very thorough. The cottage hasn't looked so clean for years. Highly recommended...thank you
