Bulloughs Cleaning Services Ltd

I work in a primary school supported by Bulloughs Cleaning Services. My recent experience with the Bulloughs team and management has been exceptional. Very polite and helpful. They always appear to manage the staff and staffing levels well and deal with any queries and staff issues promptly and efficiently. Some people are quick to add negative comments on these type of forums but I feel the positives should also be shared. Thank you.

Really curt and unhelpful when I rang to ask further details about a job that had the email address of someone who has since left the company listed on the ad.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star if I’m honest, had problems with staff and higher up from day 1. On the last day I was working 9:30 till 18:00. And was refused a sit down break when my supervisor Maggie came in. I also had a letter to say I only worked a 2.5 hr shift that day which clock in stated I started at 9. Staff ain’t aloud a voice…… this is evident.

Unfortunately my daughter moved jobs to Shelley College and this cheapo outfit were running things. The manager was condescending and patronising and has an issue with how bin bags are put on the ground. Seems my daughter got the poo end of the stick when it comes to understanding members of management, this woman is clueless and shouldn't be in Management. Anyway P, hope you are having a good half term deep clean, rolling your sleeves up and getting your marigolds on seeing how you're now one short 🤣 shot yourself in the foot there didn't you ...........

bulloughs are a great company, they pay weekly, they are always happy to help if any problems arise. they cover all over the country and are so professional. all staff always look smart in the uniform which they provide for all staff on all sites. very professional company would recommend to anyone. They always encourage progression within the company and they are very supportive each site is looked after by a supervisor and a area manager too
