First and last time using BMC ,ordered bricks waited 5 days for them didn't turn up and was not even contacted to say there was a problem, when I contacted them to see where they were I was told they hadn't been ordered and that the person who was supposed to order them was now on sick ,and to top it of the lady decided to cut me off so I had to ring back again to get the problem sorted , very unprofessional, took my business around the corner to Jewsons

I now know why people use B&Q, sharp sand at £3 per bag +VAT!!!
