Brightview Gutter Cleaning Norwich

A leaflet was put through our door advertising for the company and their services. My partner started making enquiries mid April for windows to be cleaned today. He was then told today that they in fact couldn’t clean our windows as there’s no side gate to get to the front/back of our house. Why waste our time by putting a leaflet through our door when you can’t see there’s not a side gate. Edit 08/05/26: The owner has now replied to this review stating the situation could’ve been avoided if we had mentioned access issues. On the call to my partner he confirmed the job couldn’t be done as there isn’t a side gate to our property. However, in another review he’s just replied to, he has mentioned he personally delivers leaflets so surely this would’ve been noticed that our house is a mid-terrace so there’s no side gate. We do in fact have a back gate next to our garage or there is an alleyway less than 30 seconds from our lay-by that takes you straight to the back gate. So there would be no need to have to go through the house or the garage.

A rather rude individual trampled over our front garden, and slammed our letter box to post one of their leaflets. We have clear signs up, saying NO COLD CALLERS, OR ADVERTISING LEAFLETS! The ignorant stumbling character in question, woke my little girl, and upset my little dog! If this is how they treat people, they don't deserve your custom. Look elsewhere!

I was delighted with Liam's service. I was in a hurry to get them done and he went out of his way to come before I had guests arriving to convert my filthy windows into shiny ones as well as clear the gutters and was friendly, professional and polite. I also appreciated that he was more than happy to communicate with me by phone rather than Whatsapp (which I don't use very often), might not seem like a big thing but I've had grumbling from other services about it! All in all - Highly recommend! Thanks Liam

Punctual and reliable. Liam clearly takes pride in his work, refusing to give up on some stubborn vegetation that had taken hold in a particularly inaccessible bit of guttering. He cleaned the gutters, fascias, soffits, windows and doors to a high standard. Happy to recommend.

Liam did an incredible job on my windows. You can tell he takes pride in his work with how spotless they turned out. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who truly cares about delivering quality results.
