Bright & Beautiful Malvern Hills

We used Bright & Beautiful to do a thorough cleaning of our house, including all the windows. They were outstanding. In particular: - they had excellent attention to detail - no space was left untouched which we had asked them to clean - they were flexible. We asked them if they would exceptionally clean some external windows and window frames and they agreed - they were prompt, friendly and listened: good communications always go far. Impeccable, reliable and exceptionally good. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Best cleaning team I have ever had. Tried Molly Maid, & several, smaller, independent companies - these guys are the best. Yes, they are expensive, but I would not hesitate AT all in recommending them if you want a thorough clean, from a professional, friendly & reliable company. 10/10.

We have been using Bright & Beautiful for a few years now for both cleaning and ironing and couldn't be happier with the service. The staff are all really friendly and professional, and the standard is really high. Tracey, Portia and Joce did a great job cleaning today, and Lucy and Anne always do a great job with the ironing. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who's looking for a cleaning / ironing service. Julian & Sarah.

The team at Bright & Beautiful have been brilliant in supporting an elderly friend with dementia with both weekly laundry and fortnightly house cleaning. They are always friendly, efficient and great value. Communication is excellent, and they have recently helped to do a very large laundry refresh for us, turning it around really quickly. Thank you to the whole team! Highly recommended.

We are very happy with this company. A special mention to team members Tracey L and Sue. They bring laughter and big smiles into our home whilst doing a great job of cleaning . They just know what this households needs and can think outside the box. They are professional and get the job done. Many thanks !
