Bright & Beautiful Gloucester

Michelle and the team have been brilliant since we engaged their services this year. The cleaners are warm, friendly, thorough and nothing is too much trouble. We generally always have the same team which is lovely as they have gotten to know our home and routines. Michelle is also very quick to respond to emails and always endeavours to accommodate any requests. I would absolutely recommend them.

The professionalism, reliability, and pleasant demeanor of the Bright and Beautiful housekeepers make them an absolute pleasure to have around. Emma and her team have proven to be incredibly reliable and consistently show up on time, ready to tackle any cleaning tasks that lay ahead. Their attention to detail is second to none. I love coming back home after they’ve been as everything is spotlessly clean and smells lovely and fresh.

Michelle and the team are amazing. They come every two weeks for has to be over a year now and I don’t know how I managed before hand. We are a dual income family with 3 boys and having them come every other week to do the touch up and sanitising work is just so much of a stress relief for me. They always are respectful to our property and neighbours. It’s worth every penny because now we can spend more of our off time together rather than cleaning. I wish I could have them everyday. They use their own products, never leave any trash behind, and make sure that the house is secured if we’re not in. They’ve been kind enough to work around us, if we are working from home or the boys are off. Great customer service! Very appreciative of them! Would recommend to anyone

Aside from the cleanest, freshest, house you have ever had, this team is totally delightful. Smiley, personable and thorough, they proactively see what needs doing before you need to ask them to. I love these girls and am so grateful for their efforts making my home wonderfully, sparklingly clean. Thank you, gorgeous girls.

I would highly recommend Bright & Beautiful! Michelle and team have been wonderful, from the original consultation to the care and attention they provide in cleaning my home. They always do a excellent job with the cleaning and I have never had any issues. Thanks to everyone at Bright & Beautiful!
