I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Bonnie Rogues Cardiff. After leaving the venue voluntarily and no longer being on the premises, the situation escalated unnecessarily due to the behaviour of the bouncers. Our group (all girls and one male friend) was subjected to aggressive and completely unprovoked treatment. One of my friends was repeatedly pushed to the ground, and she was left with visible bruises on her arms from how forcefully she was grabbed. This was not only distressing to witness but entirely unacceptable. Our male friend was also handled in an excessive and intimidating manner. He was put in an arm lock that felt like it could have broken his arm. During this, staff were swearing at him and making hostile comments, which only made the situation worse. There was absolutely no justification for this behaviour. We had already left calmly and were not causing any trouble. The level of force used was disproportionate and deeply concerning. I strongly urge management to investigate this incident and take appropriate action. No customer should be treated this way.

I have to say, What lovely Security. The 2 I had the pleasure of dealing with on my night out visiting the Isle of Wight were amazing, friendly and overall actually cared about there customers @ Weatherspoons in Ryde, If I remember rightly it was Louise and Daniel. Thank you for your help that night, if only all door staff were like you 2

Never pay their invoices properly always short. When you ring Head Office they keep passing you from Area manager then back to Head Office. No accountability at all. Poor service and quality

I had a night out in Milton Keynes, Security on the doors was provided by this company, one Security guy man handled me for no reason, another punched me in my mouth and grabbed my phone off me for asking to take his Security ID, which working in public they have to identify themselves been in constant contact with the bar manager where this happened, he is able to see the Security guy taking me out but not the assault.

Need to sort your staff at pryzm two off them trying to say I was refused entry to pryzm as he say I was refused earlier in the night when I only got to nottingham at 10pm number 16 a bold guy on front door
