B&Q Perth

Horrible company these days. No staff in the stores and even when you find one they don't know the products they sell or will point roughly in the direction instead of assisting. To be fair, there are some staff that make the effort but its clear the staff are not trained properly and B&Q don't care to invest in training anymore. I genuinely feel sorry for people who don't know about DIY and the elderly having to visit such a place. I made an online order which was apparently delivered but we cant find it. Three weeks later i am still wating for my item and no response from the seller or royal mail. I am now sat at my computer once again talking to someone in a foreign call centre struggling to understand them and now offering a refund instead of resolving this issue. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for anyone else or the elderly trying to resolve such issues. Update: Look at the state of your car park. How disgusting and disgraceful to the local community. Glass and rubbish everywhere, does your manager not inspect the property nor take pride? Do area managers think this is acceptable? Why is it that stores take no pride any more and staff ignore it? It’s a reflection of the company, management and the laziness of some.

Had everything I needed and when I asked about timber cutting service I was helped out and the cuts on the timber made quickly by a very helpful staff member

The young man who helped me was very chatty when asking for help he sorted me right out

Should have a bigger B&Q there,as Perth is a city . Unfortunately lots of things isn't available on the same day

The local gulls got the lot today. 1 burger 1 hotdog 2 portions of chips
