B&Q Newry

Had to use the toilet in B&Q today. For a hardware store it's ironic that their facilities look this bad. What is this all about? Imagine having to change a baby in here or if a disabled person needed to use it.

I have had the most wonderful and helpful experience in your Newry Store. Cormac is by far the best employee that I have ever come across. He went above and beyond in being helpful and cheerful and had excellent knowledge of loading and your general systems. I would promote him in a heartbeat if he worked for my business.

B&Q Newry, bought items online with a gift card click and collect motified when went to collect £191 worth the stuff they would not give items as card wasn't cleared? Gift card hello it's not credit! On phone with store then customer service 30mins no joy 200 pound worthless gift voucher

Review for B&Q Newry My husband and I visited the store looking for some information, and Kevin was absolutely brilliant at his job. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not only did he answer all our questions, but he also had us giggling away while he did it! Kevin is such a lovely, genuine person and clearly great at what he does. It’s always nice to come across someone who goes out of their way to make customers feel welcome. So Kevin, thank you so much for your help 😉 It really made our visit a pleasant one!

I really like B&Q i come here for gardening materials and sometimes some tools. It has to be said though the Toilets are terrible for a huve chain like B&Q its time you got your act together get those mens and kadies toilets open again and keeo the toilets clean, you have plenty of staff walking around doing very little
