Boxer Facilities Management Ltd

Have rated one star as there is no negative rating. Boxer provides the FM for the business I work for and the level of services is very poor. We have been without heating and hot water for the last two days and all they can say is their engineers could not find any fault and it will cost more to the business, if we request further investigation.

Absolute con artists - ‘hired a 10 Year old machine’ wanted a £600 deposit. Machine not fit for purpose sent back after trying it. Now miraculously the battery charger is faulty although they brought it in and charged the machine themselves. They now are with holding a £600 deposit despite the machine being worth about £150 maximum absolute con artists you have been warned stay away .

FAIR WARNING TO OTHER CONTRACTORS MY INVOICE HAS NOT BEEN PAID 2 MONTHS + , IF YOU WORK FOR THEM TAKE CASH UPFRONT. * NO POINT SAYING YOU HAVE NO RECORDS, CHECK YOUR UNPAID INVOICE RECORDS. *TRIED CONTACTING FOR LAST COUPLE MONTHS VIA EMAIL & PHONE GOT A DIFF ANSWER FROM STAFF EACH TIME.
