B&M Waste Services - Leeds

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. If only I could give 0 stars. They do not empty bins! I have called so many times and every time I get promised that they will but never do. An absolute joke of a company. Always stick with your local council for bins! Do not get mislead by these sales people who promise to save you money. I have had my local council now threaten us with fines due to the excessive pile up of rubbish and had to manually load it all into a van and dump it myself. STAY AWAY!

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a commercial waste management company. They either overcharge for waste they haven’t collected or completely fail to pick up scheduled waste for weeks—yet still expect payment. On top of that, their customer service is unhelpful and rude, the bin has not been picked up in 4wks we now have excess bin stored in the basement. I will advise anyone looking for a waste management company to save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

I am writing this review to express my complete dissatisfaction with B&M Waste Management and the way they have handled an ongoing issue that has now dragged on since January 2025. Despite repeated calls and emails, speaking to multiple members of staff the company has failed to resolve a basic issue regarding confusion over unpaid invoices. Each time I have contacted them I was told the matter would be investigated and resolved yet nothing has been done. To add insult to injury I have received yet another payment demand email completely ignoring the previous correspondence and concerns I have raised multiple times. As expected there has been no response and no bin collection. This is not just poor service it's unacceptable. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service has been beyond frustrating. After months of being ignored, I have now formally requested that B&M Waste Management collect their bin and close my account. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using B&M Waste Management. Based on my experience this company shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer care.

This year we particularly enjoyed working with the B&M Waste staff who volunteered at our Children's Heart Surgery Fund Superhero Walk. It was brilliant to see the children enjoying B&M Waste educational recycling games about why we need to take care of our planet. We look forward to working together again in 2020. We are incredibly grateful for their generous fundraising donations, which help us to support babies and children born with a heart problem in Yorkshire.

Where do you start with a company like this if you are a business thinking of using these believe me do not bother they are by far the worst company we have ever encountered. Staff is absolutely daft as a brush and not an absolute clue of what there doing there charging us for 3 lifts when the bin wasn’t even on our premises then and than charging another 2 lifts on our GW bin and it’s still full from the start of January but supposedly they’ve emptied it 3x. If your are using this company I’d check your invoices and after reading all the other negative reviews we will now be moving over to Biffa. DO NOT USE THESE JOKERS WOULDNT TRUST THEM TO RUN A BATH
