B&M Store with Garden Centre

Overpriced for 2 items, had to prove time, amount to the penny, send photos, all dismissed, I questioned barcode and was proven correct as they even checked CCTV. Wrong barcode stapled, £16 over charged , a war with them commenced. Took 3 days and 6 emails to prove them wrong ! Get a receipt, and check your it before leaving.

A great place to grab some bits for pets like Dogs and Cats, plus bird food and other bits, the queues can get a little much and it always seems like there is only ever two tills open no matter how many queue, yet it has 4/5 tills. The outdoor section is reasonable and the home section is reasonable. All in all it's an ok store and the staff here make this one feel even nicer, they are very friendly and a pleasure to chat with, always have a smile which on some days must be hard but as a customer it's much appreciated.

A good site, bigger on the inside than it looks from the front. Seems everything a B&M site sells so no great surprises but at least you know they have what you want. As it is sorting writing this they have a lot of plants in the garden centre area.

Found everything we were looking for. It's worth the travel for the garden centre section. They have a beautiful olive tree that's very old and very tempting

I rang to find out if the shop had any outdoor plant containers available. B and M are not able to say if they have an item in stock. It's a 30 miles round trip to the shop,so I'll look elsewhere. That's a £25 sale they lost. Rubbish service.
