B&M Store with Garden Centre

Beyond delighted with the help of Derek today at BM Perth going above and beyond helping me get this beauty of an olive tree into my car.i was in the store y/day and the staff couldn’t be more helpful every time I visit ..love Bm Perth 🤗my olive tree is very happy at our new home too👌

Kirsty on her first week at Perth was so so helpful and made my daughters day by finding the blanket we wanted! Best experience I’ve had at the range.

Very helpful staff member Marc in the garden centre. Also Hilary on till area coping very efficiently with large queue of customers. Store also neat & tidy , Garden centre and range of products lovely .

Desperately in need of till trained staff. Every visit is extended by waiting in queues for the till. Often there will only be one person serving. They will ask for help very rarely someone will come down. This is no fault of the till staff. I imagine having huge queues is very stressful for them.

Shocking and sad to see the state the area behind B&M. Obviously a the warehouse guys don’t care and obviously the manager is incompetent. Sort it out or I’ll report you to PKC. This genuinely will put me off buying anything from here.
