Edit - June 2025: We were finally able to get rid of the contract we had with Blocsphere (Despite them saying we hadn't told them formally we didnt want to continue with them). It was an absolutely shocking ordeal that took so much time. None of our emails were answered for months, our new managing agent was left with no documents until after the contract with our new provider had already started. They attempted to steal £3000 from our account and only put it back when they realised we had access to see the accounts. They are clearly a company going down as they seem to have lost all their staff. They no longer have a reception team in their building and their phones are outsourced which also means they don't know who is in the office. Overall, stay well away from this company, they are fraudsters and desbicable and I am so much happier knowing I have a proper property management company looking after my building. Blocsphere are either fraudulent or incompetent. They are horrific at dealing with complaints, requiring constant following up. They seem to be totally unable to work our how much to charge for a serivce change and are often asking for interim bills, even when not long before they say a rebate is expected. Talking to anyone in the company is almost impossible, they rarely have their phones on. The website bio for Joy, the legal director, says "Joy grew tired of advising other managing agents on best practice and so founded Blocsphere." I can only imagine this is in reference to providing as poor a service as possible, which let me can tell you she is an expert at. We are going to be leaving Blocsphere as soon as we possibly can, and I would reccomend if you are considering joining that you turn around and find someone, anyone else.

Notice the good reviews are from contractors 😂 take a read of what they are actually like to deal with Beyond useless. Didn’t recieve any service. My flat has had an issue complained about over 18 months ago. They of course waited for a new management company to take over. They can’t even add a registration plate to a car parking company yet confirmed they had. Can’t even get the accounts correct so you have to chase them and prove to them you’ve paid the correct bill. They con you by sending letters and not e-mails like any other company so if you’re away for work like in my case you can rack up 1000s in bills. Had a parent get pneumonia due to the black mold in my flat. Blocsphere are incompetent and useless in every way possible. I even complained to them and no response so will be taking the matter further. Everyone at our properlty says the same. Beyond disgraceful

Absolutely appalling. No financials for 2 years. Maintenance left unattended. Ashley Davis simply ignores correspondence. My advice would be, don’t purchase a leasehold managed by them you don’t know what you’re getting.

Some great customer service received today from Shannon in the legal team, she was very patient with me and explained fully about what I needed to to do to get the proper permission in line with my lease. And Shout out to Charlotte who came to do a 3D scan of our block last week. She was so friendly and smiley!

We continue to get very good service from all staff. Our complex of apartments is now in a much better situation since first employing Blocsphere. Issues are dealt with in a timely, efficient and professional manner by our Property Manager, Chloe. Chloe has been a great help over getting a new contract for our electricity which is a complete mine field at the moment.
