Biohazard

I cannot put into words how grateful we are to this incredible team for the service they provided after the sudden and tragic loss of a loved one in Birmingham. The situation was extremely distressing; an unattended death in a property that had sadly been severely hoarded over many years. We were overwhelmed emotionally and practically, and didn’t know where to turn. From the very first call, the team treated us with nothing but compassion, respect, and professionalism. They were understanding and sensitive to the nature of the situation, and at no point did we feel judged or rushed. What followed was nothing short of remarkable: a complete specialist cleaning service carried out with incredible care, discretion, and thoroughness. The property was in a state we feared might never be recoverable, but this team transformed it completely. They handled every aspect from biohazard remediation to clearing and sanitising the hoarded items with incredible attention to detail and dignity. They even salvaged sentimental items we thought were lost. It was done not just as a job, but with true heart and humanity. We will never forget the kindness shown to our family during such a dark time. If you are ever in the unfortunate position of needing this type of service, I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. They gave us back peace of mind and helped us take the first steps in healing. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. Lucy and Andrew

Just moved into our dream home apart from one thing, it stank of nicotine. Contacted Luke on the Monday and by Wednesday evening the team had deep cleaned the entire place and the smell was gone. They didn't leave until the place was sparkling. Amazing service and worth every penny.

Great thorough service, Luke was a pleasure to deal with when making the booking, Marta and Mark treated our house like their own, very conscientious and hard working - would not leave until they were happy that every inch was pristine! Highly recommend.

Following the death of a relative, this team provided a fast and professional service. Working until 10.30 at night. Everything was done exactly, and they would not leave until every detail had been thoroughly cleaned.

Very happy customer. This company covers Somerset, they came to a flat in Yeovil for me and got rid of cigarette smoking smell, not easy to do. The quote was horrendously expensive but worth it. Luke (who answers the phone) very helpful and informative. Marta and her husband came to do the job, extremely thorough and passionate, they cleaned and deodorized every square centimeter of everything, even inside the fridge. Flat looks and smells brand new!! Other companies quoted me cheaper until I asked for more then just ozone treatment, then the price went up by 150% or more. Plus their attitude was not good, I was just a number to them. A very satisfied customer. This company operates in Somerset. They came to my flat in Yeovil and got rid of the cigarette smoke smell, which is not easy. The quote was outrageously expensive, but worth the price. Luke (who answers the phone) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Marta and her husband came to perform the service, extremely thorough and passionate. They cleaned and refreshed every square inch, even the inside of the refrigerator. My apartment looks and smells brand new! Other companies offered me lower prices until I asked for more than just ozonation. At that point, the price increased by 150% or more. Besides, their attitude was inappropriate; I was just a number to them.
